The SAP Basis Support Consultant role:

We are looking for a SAP Basis Support Consultant to take over responsibility for delivering Technical Management Services per the contractual agreements with customers.

You will provide SAP technical support to the current ERP and Business Analytics install base (currently around 300 customers) as well as providing technical support to the internal NTT Data Business Solutions AMS and consulting teams.

In this role, you will deliver high customer satisfaction to all of our customers and act as mentor and knowledge base for the junior SAP Basis team members when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Understanding and administering multiple database architectures, SAP Hana, SQL, Oracle, DB2, SAPDB (MaxDB) and Syabse ASE
+ Working all incidents to a satisfactory conclusion and within agreed SLA's
+ Creating and distributing Early Watch Reports for the maintenance customer base
+ Perform system refreshes as requested by the customers
+ Perform SAP security tasks to create users and profiles and debug authorisation issues
+ Acting as a liaison between customer and SAP to help expedite customer related issues
+ Cultivating professional relationships with clients and SAP contacts
+ Exceeding the client's expectation through unmatched customer service
+ Completing development objectives agreed at your annual review

About you:

+ Hold a relevant Degree or SAP relevant support certifications, specifically BOSUP and HANASUP
+ Proven experience in SAP Technical support and/or field consultant with a proven track record
+ Have experience across multiple SAP versions ( S/4, R/3, ECC, NW )
+ Results and customer orientated
+ Ability to collaborate with other members of your team to support the customer as needed
+ Ability to problem solve in high pressure situations
+ Excellent written and verbal communication
