1st Line Support Analyst - 5 days on site

We have one of our biggest clients looking to add to their team. We are looking for someone with personality and drive to be a 1st Line Support Analyst - 5 days on site.

Role Purpose

The role will be to take receipt of all incoming support tickets, emails and phone calls from the client and triage and communicate effectively, in order to resolve cases in a timely and effective manner, thus upholding our service levels.

  • Experience in a Service Centre and/or Onsite environment, working to SLAs and using trouble-ticket' applications would be beneficial.

Technical Skills:

  • Working Knowledge of OS level support (server and desktop)
  • Working Knowledge of Office 365 - SharePoint, Teams
  • Understanding of Intune/Autopilot
  • Knowledge of M365 tools
  • Working Knowledge of Office Applications (ie Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  • Understanding telephony

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent customer-facing skills
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task
  • Team player - Great interaction skills
