Executive assistant - (Diary Management/Stakeholder Management/Public Sector)

Inside IR35 - £150 per day
Location - Hybrid working, 1 day per week onsite Bristol, London, or Manchester
Initially 3 months

Jumar require the services of an Executive Assistant to support our central Government client, you will have previous experience within a similar EA or support role and be a confident communicator who is able to support a number of senior leaders.
  • Proactively plan and manage the diaries of the Senior Management team in line with business priorities.
  • Prioritise and respond to (where appropriate) emails in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Use initiative, working independently to provide an excellent and consistent service to stakeholders ie, departments, agencies, and external businesses.
  • Ensure efficient and effective use of the SMT's time, responding to last minute changes and accommodating unexpected, urgent requests.
  • Liaising with the Director's private office to complete tasks and support priorities
  • Coordinate, manage and organise the logistics of meetings and visits, including coordinating availability, checking attendance, and managing cast lists
  • Ensure that the SMT is prepared in advance of meetings and events with agendas, relevant information, and documents
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including officials within the department, in other government departments and external stakeholders.
  • Manage ad hoc work requests from private office, in addition to a core workload supporting the SMT and DD
