Applications Support Engineer - Marketing/Legal/Business Applications

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Application Support specialist who will be tasked with providing a third line support function across a range of marketing, legal and business support applications. This will include supporting software implementations, transformation and upgrades.

Within this role, the Application Support specialist will interact closely with core IT Operations and third party support/vendors taking ownership of incidents and problems through to resolution along with continual service improvement and quality management.

As Application Support Engineer, you will:

Monitor incidents and changes working with the ServiceNow ticketing system
Assist with upskilling/cross training of colleagues
Progress requests for support
Administer applications across the cloud and on premise
Undertake documentation
Develop plans for installation and commissioning

Technically, the Support Engineer will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the following:

CRM applications such as InterAction, Vuture and/or Poppulo
Intapp (cloud credentials system)
E-Discovery tools (RelativityOne highly advantageous)
Business Services applications such as resource management, pitch systems and robotic automation
