Service Desk Analyst | First Line Support | Ipswich| £25,000
I am currently working with a data driven Software Company who work on a variety of Government projects and are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team.
The role is fast paced, challenging and exciting with lots of room for progression and growth with tailored progression plans.
The ideal candidate is IT Service Desk Analysts with proven 1st line Support experience who can offer excellent customer service skills, in particular those who can deliver updates whether they be positive, negative or indifferent amongst the ticketing process.
What experience are we looking for?
- Experience working within a professional and busy IT Service Desk
- Microsoft Windows Support, versions 7 and windows 10
- Customer service skills, telephone manner and written communication skills
- Troubleshooting skills
- Server experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience logging tickets and queries

For this position you will also need to be SC Clearable, however my client are more than happy to put you through this themselves. Which will allow you to work on a variety of exciting, cleared projects involving forensics.
