Our clients are looking to grow their technical team and bring in a Delivery Lead to help support the current team whilst growing their capabilities to help enhance their customers experience.

Due to the nature of this role, candidates will need to be local to our clients office as this will be a predominantly on-site role moving to a hybrid model eventually.

  • Day-to-day management of the team - be a point of escalation, work allocation management, define responsibilities, personal development opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain department resource and costs
  • Create and manage successful commercial relationships with service partners
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions, with a particular focus on reducing cost and risk to the business.

Essential

  • ITIL Qualified
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft O365 and CRM systems
  • Previous experience in a hardware support or repair environment
  • Experience Leading/Managing a team
  • Experience working in Support or Service Management
