Client/Customer Relationship Manager - Payments Expert/Payments SME required by a rapidly growing Financial services company. Primary role is to develop strong relationships and trust with customers/clients. You will need to have comprehensive financial services knowledge in the areas of Payments (BACS, CHAPS, Faster Payments, SEPA), data integration/messaging Middleware, and financial messaging standards such as SWIFT. In addition, you must have extensive prior experience managing customer-focused activities within a FinTech or top-tier financial services firm. You should also have strong influencing skills, excellent communication skills and gravitas with experience of managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of managing top-tier financial institutions gained working for a tech software vendor.
