MS Exchange, Office 365, VPN, Virtualisation, MS Azure, ITIL, AD, AD policies, DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop, Desktop support, Customer Facing, MSP/ISP.

My client, a forward thinking and growing MSP is looking for an additional 2nd line Service Desk Engineer to join their team.

The ideal candidate would be used to working in a fast paced customer facing environment dealing with a variety of internal infrastructure as well as external customers.

The successful candidate would be the first point of contact for all internal queries and will take ownership of 1st and 2nd line customer issues through to 3rd line escalations.

The role is 2nd line support with lots of project work involving the below technologies:-

Office 365

Windows Server, MS Azure

Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP

Customer Facing for External networks as well as internal moves/changes new starters

On premises Exchange/Exchange Online

Office 365 migration and administration, Azure Sync

Remote Desktop Servers
