£350/day PAYE inside IR35
Standard Chartered PLC is a British multinational banking and financial services company headquartered in London, England. It operates a network of more than 1,200 branches and outlets (including subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures) across more than 70 countries and employs around 87,000 people. It is a universal bank with operations in consumer, corporate and institutional banking, and treasury services. Despite its UK base, it does not conduct retail banking in the UK, and around 90% of its profits come from Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Working with a number of Business Units including Loan Syndications, Trade Finance, Export Finance and Leverage Finance to onboard new Loan transactions
Management of the daily BAU for a substantial portfolio of Loans where SCB act as Agent
Providing ongoing support to Borrowers and Lenders in these deals.
Ensuring SCBs systems are up to date at all times
Resolution of issues
Resolving system issues, including testing with the ACBS support teams.
Adhering to the Risk framework mandated for Agency.
Support of multiple SCB Business Units globally.
Oversight and checking of the servicing activity for a busy and complex portfolio for the UK Agency business
Ensures any new process is agreed with management with the appropriate departmental controls put in place.
Develop and guide the team members in your team
Adhere to the mandated risk framework
Good working knowledge of the Loans product
Good understanding of the Roles and Responsibilities of an Agent Bank
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload
Experience using ACBS
Proven Risk Management Skills, and Undertakes risk analysis, considering perspective of both SCB and participant banks.
