Property Administration Manager

Perform the day-to-day administration and management of the bank?s corporate real estate portfolio including database administration, lease/purchase agreement negotiation and administration, evaluate and negotiate easement requests and condemnation notices. Ensure timely performance of lease and real property responsibilities. Coordinate listing agreements for third-party brokers and valuations of bank property. Assist with real estate research and analysis summaries and reporting. Reconcile and process rentalincome/expenses and process wire transfers for real property purchases. Support regular reporting and budget routines, research and report on budget variances and ensure the corporate real estate group operates within relevant governance/control proceduresand processes.
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate Acquisition, Disposition, Lease Administration or Commercial Property Management.
High School Diploma with minimum of 6 years experience in Real Estate Acquisition, Disposition, Lease Administration or Commercial Property Management.
- Must possess a valid driver?s license. Position required occasional travel to other officers, bank customers, etc. Company car not provided.
- Knowledge of MS office suite products with specific emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Outlook.
- Proactive, reliable, action oriented and highly organized.
- Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Negotiating experience.
- Relationship and partnership building skills.
-Have a sound understanding of complex real estate terms, financial and legal concepts.
