Job Purpose and Scope:

Methods is an accredited ServiceNow partner and due to significant growth and success in expanding its ServiceNow practice requires a ServiceNow Test Manager with the relevant experience.

The ServiceNow Test Manager will report to the ServiceNow practice's Head of Testing and will be responsible for managing all testing activity at their assigned client. This will involve ensuring that the Methods Test Strategy is implemented and followed, managing all testing phases within the assigned projects, creating test collateral, managing test analysts on the project and working closely with both the customer and the rest of the project team.

Please not that the role will be a mix of remote based working and being on client site when required.


Reviews requirement specifications and technical designs and provides meaningful feedback

Creates comprehensive and well-structured test plans

Works with the test analyst to create test scripts including creating ATF tests

Estimates, prioritises, plans, and coordinates testing activities

Manages all test phases and drives defects to resolution

Manages regression testing where necessary, particularly during platform upgrades

Stays abreast of developments within the ServiceNow platform and maintains continued professional development

Essential Skills:

ServiceNow Fundamentals/Sys Admin Certification

ServiceNow ITSM experience/certification

Knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies preferably ISTQB qualified

ITIL experience/certification

ATF implementation experience

Strong communication skills that include the ability to write clearly and concisely

Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and application navigation
