HR.COACH is accepting applications for a Recruiter / Intern to support our growing operations.

In this role you will have the opportunity to learn the best practices for world-class recruitment. From Employer Branding to Behavioral Based Interviewing. This is an ideal position for a college student studying HR, who has great phone skills and knows how to self-manage to meet deadlines.
This is a paid-internship position, and you will also walk away with work experience and credentials that will propel you post-graduation.

Some College or Currently Attending - HR, Communications or Business Related Degrees
Ability to Track and Maintain own work schedule
Aptitude to Learn
Computer Skills, included MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems a plus
