Inventory Clerk - North Hertfordshire.

£20,000 to £24,000 plus Company car & Pension

A number of opportunities have arisen for Inventory Clerks to join this well established and forward thinking company. Certificates and property inventories. This is a field based role so you will need to be self motivated and based in North Hertfordshire.

Job Description:

* Inspecting residential letting properties

* Accurately recording and describing all items in the property and their conditions

* Meeting with ingoing tenants to discuss the findings of the inventory report

* Taking meter readings and key inventory on the move-in date

* Meeting with outgoing tenants to accurately record any changes in the property since the start of their tenancy and assessing if damages are liable to tenant

* Being the 'eyes and ears' of our clients to report any damages, maintenance issues or problems immediately

* Assist with queries on reports, whether that be from the tenant, landlord or client agent

Role Requirements:

* A confident communicator, both verbally and written

* IT literate with proficient in the use of an iPad

* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

* Able to multi task and adapt quickly to every situation whilst remaining professional at all times

* Calm and professional manner when dealing with difficult tenants/landlords

* Have a positive can-do attitude with the ability to remain flexible in terms of adapting your day to the needs of our clients or our business

* Self-sufficient in terms of dealing with issues and equally adept at raising issues

* Self-motivated as the role is field based working alone

* Full UK driving license

* We are looking for individuals to maintain our high standards whilst helping push the business forward to expand and grow even further

Job Type / Category

Full Time - Monday to Saturday, 5 days a week rota basis
