Platinum Recruitment's Front of House Division is currently representing a beautiful 4* hotel in Surrey and have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team.

Client

This country house style property offers guests a range of unique bedrooms, an accoladed restaurant and various conference and events space. It is extremely popular for weddings and short country breaks.

Role

You will be working with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and private events that take place throughout the year.

You will have to provide assistance with training, stock taking and feedback and development of the department.

This is a popular venue therefore you must have previous experience within a similar role. Due to the restaurant boasting 2AA rosettes, accolade experience would be highly advantageous.
