Managing a small team and reporting into a Director, candidates will be responsible for:
Managing a monthly payroll from start to finish for a high volume payroll there are multiple payrolls which are all paid monthly. The Payroll Manager will take the lead on all year end associated work including P60s and P35s.
The Payroll Manager will need to help build the relationship between payroll & HR and ensure that new legislation/ new processes are integrated effectively.
Candidates need to be a team player, an excellent communicator and have experience of developing and mentoring a team.
