We are seeking a Building Surveyor who will be responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of cyclical and planned investment projects, overseeing and monitoring quality, cost and customer service satisfaction. You ensure that projects proceed as planned and ensure stakeholders are kept informed.
Your expertise will include assessing risks associated with major works programmes related to cost, customer satisfaction and safety.
The successful individual will be required to be knowledgeable in various project management techniques such as cash flow analysis, process management, value engineering, risk management and quality bench marking.
You will possess great communication skills and you make sure project teams work effectively and efficiently together. You liaise with contractors and consultants as required.
