We Offer A demanding role within the Regulatory Affairs Function, based in Zurich and working with colleagues around the world You will be an active part of the evolving global regulatory universe and in the center of several strategic initiatives to oversee regulatory risks Handle supervisory reviews by the related regulators (including e.g. senior management briefing sessions, etc.) and regulatory inquiries related to enforcement and litigation matters You collaboratively work with suitable internal partners on managing responses to regulatory inquiries, ensure the necessary oversight of costs associated with regulatory investigations and related reporting and assist with the implementation of lessons learned analysis with the target to support best practice sharing across the bank Collaborating with Divisional CCOs and CCRO Functional Heads (and others as required) in identifying and ensuring appropriate and proportionate remediation of issues You will support the bank to implement and communicate its strategy regarding regulatory matters with emphasis on enforcement and litigation matters You Offer University degree, ideally in law (lic. jur), economics or in a related field You previously gained minimum seven to ten years of relevant work experience in the litigation field within a global financial institution, law-firm or audit company An understanding and interest of the global regulatory environment in the financial industry as well as the ability to move and act in a highly sensitive environment describe your personality You pair extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills with strong analytical skills and a structured approach Flexibility and initiative
