Our client is a fast growing, leading private equity firm. The firm manages and/or advises over
Euro 80 billion of assets across private markets strategies.
-Managing the company's accounting with the support of an external provider
-Ensuring monthly, quarterly & annual reporting's to various group entities
-Managing tax aspects, including VAT and Stamp Duty
-Liaising with other group entities for cash planning/budgeting
-Managing risk and compliance aspects
-Handling corporate and legal aspects
-Ad hoc work Finance & Operations projects
-General management of Company's Operations
-Potential team development
-Higher degree in business administration & accounting (an additional legal/compliance education or
experience is a plus).
-7-12 year's relevant professional experience, ideally from both an international audit firm as well as
from the Finance/Banking industry
-Ability to prioritize and deal with a broad spectrum of tasks and responsibilities
-Analytical, detail oriented and precise personality
-Fluent in English and German (a good knowledge of French is a plus)
-High integrity, independent and individually motivated, team player
