A global Property Management firm is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the Facilities Manager in the day to day operational running of a premium site in central London.

You will be responsible for managing tenant enquiries, managing contractors on site, ensuring all statutory compliance is adhered to and managing any minor works. In addition, you will assist the Facilities Manager in preparing and managing the annual service charge budgets.

The successful candidate will be highly customer focused with previous experience of managing facilities service contracts and working in a corporate environment. Ideally you will have a working knowleadge of M&E systems and base building. My client is seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapports quickly.
