Location - Home based/Remote working with travel to offices in Warwickshire, West Midlands
To £55,000 per annum with annual bonus of up to 17.5% and excellent training and development opportunities

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Workstream Lead to add further talent to our client's thriving IT delivery teams supporting a variety of exciting change programs.

This is a superb opportunity for an accomplished Workstream Lead/Project Manager to join an IT division, where you will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative, DevOps team that is moving towards a fully-fledged DevOps culture with processes and tooling to drive efficiencies and innovation.

The role will provide an excellent opportunity for an individual to develop their career and play a role in the development and support of future solutions.

Our client offers great facilities when you want to be in an office environment and support to work up to 80% of your hours from home. To help you give your best in the office and at home, they are open to discussing what this might look like for you. Offices are based in Warwickshire, West Midlands.

As an IT Workstream Lead, you will the type of person who has both the technical knowledge- and soft skills in terms of communication and building relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, adapting where necessary.

Training can be provided to the right candidate who has development experience, would like to transition to new a role and embrace a new challenge.

Ideal experience:
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
  • The ability to work closely with the IT community at all levels of the organisation to understand their goals and issues
  • Able to adapt in an Agile development environment and be flexible in approach to work environment and responsibilities
  • Good knowledge of the Scaled Agile Methodology, including release management
  • Good interpersonal skills with clear, concise communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Able to work both individually and as a strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively on a day-to-day basis
  • A pro-active, creative, analytical and enquiring nature
  • A continuous improvement focus
