It's an exciting time to join: we're creating new product offerings which will have a significant impact on InterNations' growth and expanding our business on a B2B level.With our freemium business model, so far we have been focusing on the B2C market. We have created a new business unit to sell our premium membership to international companies and drive our sales forward.As the Team Lead for B2B Sales, you will be responsible for leading our growing sales team and developing a B2B sales strategy to gain new corporate clients and help them to offer better support for expats and their partners. Our main target audience is global mobility and HR professionals hiring internationally. By establishing a network of business partners around the world, you will create sales opportunities with scale and global reach.As the Team Lead for B2B Sales at InterNations Business Solutions, you will:

lead our B2B sales team (professional and disciplinary leadership)
have full responsibility for the sales success and related KPIs in the business unit
develop and enhance a sales strategy ensuring the product-market fit and establishing a portfolio of corporate clients worldwide
be responsible for acquiring, implementing, and managing key accounts
work in close collaboration with IT, Marketing, and Product to address customer needs and help improve the product
manage and enhance the operating processes, define objectives, and monitor all relevant KPIs
be responsible for setting up internal structures, defining communication strategies, and preparing sales materials
report directly to the Head of Business Solutions
You meet the following requirements:
university qualification in business or equivalent degree
5+ years' experience in a sales position in B2B dealing with corporate clients, preferably in the global mobility or HR sector
experience in building and leading a team
experience in selling HR services or software solutions is a plus
extensive network in the global mobility management field and/or across relevant business partners to tap into new distribution channels
fluency in written and spoken English
experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus
proven track record in successfully bringing products to market
very good business acumen paired with strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical skills
ability to work independently, pairing out-of-the-box ideas with a highly flexible approach
strong personal identification with the target audience, including own expat experience
