Platinum Recruitment's Pubs and Bars Division is currently representing a Dining Pub near Bury St Edmunds and have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their team.

Client

Our client is small, privately owned fresh food Dining Pub based outside Bury St Edmunds. They pride themselves on seasonal fresh produce allowing the kitchen to create a modern British menu. The Pub does on average 40 covers per evening and can do more on busy weekend services. Due to the location driving is beneficial. The Pub is also closed on Mondays and Tuesday so you will always get 2 days off together.

Role

Our client is looking for a Chef De Partie with a great attitude towards fresh food, they must know how to run a clean section in the Kitchen. The kitchen has a small team of 2/3 Chefs and the menu is always changing depending on the season.
