Reporting into the Operation Manager, you'll be joining the team at a very exciting time with the hotel under new management and a drive of new direction within our food and beverage departments. You will be responsible for leading the Restaurant and Bar team in the delivery of exceptional service, ensuring that statutory obligations and company standards are met, that a smooth, efficient service is maintained and that the product provided to our guests is of the highest standard. You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to your guests whilst demonstrating excellent food and wine knowledge, mixology expertise would be advantageous.

What Are They Looking For?
They are looking for someone who is passionate about service delivery, making every guest experience one to remember. Has excellent communication skill send can develop and motivate a diverse team to ensure hotel standards are met.
Actively contributing to driving Restaurant and Bar sales, you will ensure the team is inspired to achieve up-selling targets.
You will manage the departmental manpower and operating costs in line with budget ensuring targeted profit contributions are achieved.
Leading activities that continuously develop the skills and capabilities of your team, you will be committed to ensuring that every team member feels valued and engaged.
You will work to manage the care and replacement of equipment, ensuring high standards of Health and Safety in all activities undertaken.
You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating excellent food and wine knowledge.
The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
Previous experience at a similar level and in a similar environment is essential.
