Strategic input - you will work with the team manager and colleagues in other teams to introduce new processes, undertake horizon-scanning and explore new opportunities.
You will have a good understanding of the challenge events market, and a track record of reaching/exceeding income targets. You will possess excellent organisational and communication skills to manage a varied and demanding workload. You will have the ability to build and develop relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders as you will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, agencies and suppliers. You will work hard to monitor performance to achieve the best results for the NSPCC.
