Interim Construction Project Manager (Client Side)

I am currently recruiting an Interim Construction Project Manager on a 12 month contract, for a public sector organisation, project managing the construction of schools. The candidate will be based in the Cornwall area and will manage the Project Management of between 8 - 12 schools.
The client is a public sector organisation that specialises in the construction of education, punitive and rehabilitation facilities across the UK.
This Interim Construction Project Manager opportunity will involve project managing schools in feasibility, procurement, construction and defects stages. With the potential for this interim opportunity to last for well over 12 months, this is a prime opportunity for an experienced and well-rounded interim project manager to define the outlook of schools in the Cornwall area.
The Interim Construction Project Manager should have experience in the feasibility, procurement, construction and defects stage of project management. Not necessarily within the education sector, but that would be advantageous.
The salary on offer is £55,000 + all the normal perks of working for a public sector organisation.
