ITSM Technology Sales Executive
Reading (hybrid working)
Permanent - £40,000 - £60,000 + OTE

As a Technology Sales Executive, you will play a leading role in accelerating the company's Technology revenue growth across the EMEA region. You will identify, develop, and advance relationships with clients to maximise sales. With a proven track record in selling Service Management Solutions/IT Services, the successful candidate will work closely with delivery functions to ensure successful execution of projects and build a personal sales pipeline for long term success.

Key Responsibilities
* Full sales life cycle management: lead sourcing to account management
* Present (new) services and enhance existing relationships
* Take ownership of high value inbound leads from large perspective clients in a responsive and consultative way, nurturing them through the entire sales cycle and developing strong long term-relationships
* Provide technical, value-based demonstrations of our partner products configured to an organisation's requirements and use cases
* Respond to RFPs and RFIs
* Develop and build profitable relationships with prospective and past clients
* Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiations

Candidate profile
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* A minimum enterprise selling experience of 3-5 years working in field sales in the areas of IT Service Management, Workflow and Automation, Digital Transformation, or other enterprise solutions
* 2+ years of ITSM sales experience
* Proven ability to create, negotiate and manage long term relationships
* Ability to identify client issues/needs and translate into compelling solutions to address clients' requirements
* Excellent commercial negotiation skills and business acumen
