We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Business Systems team as a Systems Administrator, providing a technical specialist service to support internal teams, with the aim to drive continuous improvement across the business system suite of applications & systems.

Your new role
The Systems Administrator will provide technical support for both hardware and software issues encountered by users as well as monitoring the systems daily and responding immediately to security or usability concerns. You'll also own the configuration and operation of system applications which include ERP, E-commerce, customer management and in-house developed digital systems.

-1st and 2nd line support on all systems managed by the team which vary from off the shelf platforms such as Microsoft 365, Finance and Operations, Magento, Salesforce through to in-house develop platforms.
-Investigating and root cause analysis of system issues or challenges reported by internal end users.
-Supporting change control process for production releases.
-Setup, documenting and testing onsite failover for all production environments.
-Working with and collaborating with 3rd party support vendors on issue resolution.
-Creating and maintaining documentation of complete environments, configuration changes and key workflows.
-Assist in upgrading systems and processes as the need arises for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
-Daily monitoring and analysis of all production environments and services that fall within the responsibility of the Business Systems team.

What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone who is passionate, hardworking and keen to learn a variety of core business systems and workflows, you may have previous experience in an IT related subject area, or you may have a strong interest in this area.
Good communication skills are critical due to the collaborative responsibilities involved in this role and the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships. This role will suit someone who is self-motivated, diligent, and enjoys learning new systems quickly. It will also appeal to those who enjoy working in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
