2nd line Support Team Leader - management, client services, 2nd line support, ITIL, Hybrid

Working for one of the worlds leading software houses in the global audit and accounting space, you will have previous 1st or 2nd line management or team lead experience.

As the 2nd Line Support Team leader, you will be required to provide top class person management to the team and ensure a well administered consistent and high-quality technical support service is delivered to their clients.

You will have 6 immediate direct reports on the 2nd line team as well as mentoring two 1st line team leaders as the company is looking to increase its management knowledge within this area. Reporting to the Technical Support Manager you will ensure that your team is well supported, trained, and managed with a balance of good training and product knowledge. Liaising with your peers to prevent and resolve client issues and challenges is also a priority and you will be at the forefront of providing an excellent service
