2nd Line Help desk Technician

2nd Line Help desk technician required for an on-site permanent position with a leading global telecommunications company. Please note this role does require 5 days per week on-site.
We're looking for a good foundational knowledge of technology and ideally broadband services, coupled with excellent customer services skills.
Ideally, you will have 1-2 year's experience working on a 1st/2nd line help desk within the telecommunications industry and had exposure to the below products:
- Broadband products such as ADSL/FTTC/SOGEA/FTTP/Leased Lines
- Hosted phone systems/VoiP
- Coupled with a basic understanding of LAN/WAN/DNS/DHCP/HTTP/HTTPS/IP Addressing/Subnets
It would be a distinct advantage if you had:
- Knowledge of SD-WAN Solutions, such as Cisco Meraki.
This role involves a shift pattern during normal business hours (Monday to Friday) operating as below:
08:00 - 16:00/09:00 - 17:00/10:00 - 18:00.
