ServiceNow System Administrator ( x3 Roles) - (Permanent)

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (Salary & Package Dependent on Experience)

Location: Remote/Hybrid working from multiple offices across UK

Minimum: 2 years' experience working on ServiceNow

An opportunity has arisen for a ServiceNow Administrator to join an established global organisation. You will be offered a very competitive salary with attractive benefits and you will be working with one of the most recognised leading global organisations

This role will embed and provide operational support for the ServiceNow application on behalf of key internal stakeholders. Service Now will consist of one live system, with approx. a hundred users split across POL and Tier1/2 partners and two systems in development.

As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will:

  • Provide support and contribute to the development of the initial implementation

  • Manage and resolve incidents against ServiceNow applications

  • Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error

  • identification/remediation

  • Manage and Update Set creation and migration

  • Schedules and verifies instance clones

  • Leads ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution

  • Manage Instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists

  • Contribute to ServiceNow releases

  • Maintain CMDB

Skills & Experiences

  • Experience with supporting business users

  • Preferably worked in development

  • Experienced at project based work

  • Experience with enterprise management systems (SNOW preferable, but not prerequisite)

  • Java experience preferable

  • Key skills will be effective communication, a great team player, can work under pressure, dynamic and comfortable working in a changing environment.

  • To act with integrity at all times and embrace the philosophy of treating our customers fairly (compulsory)

  • Work effectively as one IT and Change community across the business

  • Embrace the philosophy and principles of the client requirements

  • Understands and applies working practices, policies and procedures

  • Ability to understand complex business processes

  • Embraces change and personal development
