Currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to work at our client based in Manchester. The company specialise in Finance and this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced growing organisation. This is a Full time temporary to Permanent position paying an hourly rate of £8.40 per hour. This role is ideally suited to someone who is able to quickly adapt to change, achieving targets, who enjoys connecting with customers and puts the customer experience at the heart of everything they do.
About the role:
You will play a key part in supporting our customers through each stage of their Finance journey with from the application stage to completion. Using different skills, will complete a variety of tasks that include security checks, document verification and general customer service.
Other key responsibilities include:

  • To manage your own workflow by being organised and self-motivated
  • To be willing to learn new skills and support key areas of the business
  • To be able to follow processes which are essential to working in a regulated environment
  • Check and verify the accuracy of finance documents
  • Complete security checks with customers to verify their identity
  • Complete SECCI calls with customers (Calls outlining the terms and conditions of the agreement)
  • Provide a high level of customer service giving our customers the best possible experience
  • Help answer questions from our customers and support with filling in new applications online
  • Achieve and exceed targets including productivity and quality
  • Finding the right lender for the customers circumstances

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Must be able to work shifts
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Someone highly motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Someone who has a confident and friendly telephone manner
  • A person with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • The ability to deal with inbound and outbound calls
  • 'Required' A minimum of 1 year' continuous experience working within a customer services environment
