Salary: £24,000 pro rata
17.5 hours per week, permanent
Our client provide homes and services to over 16,000 people across Greater Manchester.

They are looking for a Rent & Service Charge Officer to help them to ensure that rent and service charges are accurately posted and reconciled.
They are looking for someone who can take responsibility for assisting in the process for managing sundry income.
Someone who will take pride in the accurate allocation and effective management of income for the organisation.
They need someone who has experience with the rent and service charge accounting processes, who is keen to learn and grow. With good IT abilities (Microsoft Office), you will also be able to use financial and other systems.
