Salary Details: Circa £19,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced co-ordinator to join the Asset Compliance team based in Wolverhampton. You will be joining a team managing a variety of contracts such as trees, fire, legionella and window cleaning. This is initially a fixed-term contract for a period of around 14 months to cover an existing colleague’s maternity leave.
Due to the critical nature of the role, it is vital that candidates have excellent attention to detail (especially when entering details from certificates onto the system, for example) and can take responsibility for the accuracy of reports.
The team prides itself on achieving 100% compliance, and it is essential the new candidate achieves the same standard.
You will also be targeted in terms of weekly catch-ups with contractors regarding performance. The role will require you to be a good team player and help colleagues with workloads where necessary. It is also important for candidates to have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
