Customer Relations Specialist - Temp

This role is an ongoing long term temporary position, working 36.25 hours Monday to Friday.
Your key duties will include:
* Ensuring that all complaints are managed within company policy and comply with FCA regulations and guidelines
* Recording and monitoring all complaints and disputes received, ensuring that service levels and compliance deadlines are met
* Providing an efficient and effective telephone service to customers, identifying customer needs and acting to ensure they are satisfied
* Identifying and analysing opportunities to improve processes, products and systems
You will have previous customer relations and complaint handling experience, well developed communication skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively to meet deadlines. Experience of adhering to internal policies and external regulations is essential as is the ability to work in a fast paced environment and excellent attention to detail.
