Help Desk Representative

£8 - £8.5 Hourly
Other duties will include:

* Review works description and question its contents

* Develop technical knowledge to process work orders efficiently and effectively

* Challenge priorities and request extensions of time if needs be

* Engage with customers whilst demonstrating excellent customer care

* Ensure work is booked in line with the priorities and timescales specified in a contract

* Flag up resource constraints within diaries

* Process cancelled orders and appointments

* Rearrange appointments - Re books can be done by the Appointing team if we need this.
