Senior Lettings Negotiator

Basic salary £20,000 per annum with OTE of £22,000 - £23,000
30 days annual leave (inc public holidays)

As a senior letting negotiator you will have previous experience as a professional negotiator. You will be enthusiastic, proactive, be able to use your own initiative and provide client support by staying in contact with all those who get in touch, right from the enquiry stage through to completion and management. We are an expanding company and looking for a strong senior lettings negotiator looking for commission structure and career progression to Lettings Manager.
As a company we all work closely together to provide a seamless service to those who choose us to market their properties.

Lettings Negotiator Responsibilities:

-Dealing with new applicants both over the phone and face to face, on a daily basis, including walk ins and email queries
-Arranging and attending viewings
-Negotiating offers with clients
-Work with our staff to achieve targets and improve performance
-Checking tenants in and out of properties
-Carrying out inventories and property inspections

Lettings Negotiator Requirements:

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, well presented
-Able to work in a fast paced target driven environment
-Strong estate agency background, with previous experience
-Negotiating skills
-Self motivated
-Able to multi-task
-Determined - Be willing to go the extra mile
-Computer literate
-Minimum 1 years recent Lettings experience

Hours of work - Mon to Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9.00am - 4.00pm (with lieu day)
