Workplace Wellbeing Services Assistant
Posted on Feb 2, 2019 by Mind
The Workplace Wellbeing team is looking for a new Services Assistant to support client relationships and the delivery of paid-for services and products.
The Workplace Wellbeing Services team's current portfolio of paid-for services currently includes training and learning products, consultancy services and Mind's Workplace Wellbeing Index, a benchmark of best policy and practice in workplace mental health.
The Services Assistant role is new, and so the nature of duties may change and develop according to the needs of the unit, which means the right candidate will have a flexible and adaptable approach. The post-holder should expect to:
be the first point of contact for, and logging and responding to, enquiries and requests;
maintain administration and other relevant systems, processes and procedures (manual and electronic) for the unit;
provide diary management, email management and meeting administration support;
be responsible for financial processing for the Workplace Wellbeing Services team, including processing invoices, generating purchase orders and keeping records; and
work with colleagues to support the delivery of the team's various projects and initiatives.
To apply, please follow the link below to our website.
Closing date: 17 February 2019.
