Job Duties (Will Include but Not Be Limited To)

* Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

* Perform data entry and scan documents

* Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries

* Prepare and modify documents including correspondence and emails

* Coordinate and maintain clients records

* Create and modify various documents using Microsoft Office & Glass Software

* Answer phones promptly and use good judgment to prioritize

* Work with customers to determine the best method of payment (i.e. insurance, cash, third party responsible, etc.)

* Assist dealerships with vehicles glass replacement, warranty, and/or lot damage

* Embrace and exhibit Walser CORE values

* All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements

* Formal training in office procedures and office equipment

* Knowledge of computers; preferably Microsoft office

* Ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing

* Must be customer service oriented

* Must have a friendly, upbeat, and energetic phone demeanor

* Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy

* Excellent problem solving skills
