To receive and make telephone calls from/to patients and other health care professionals
To book appointments for patients within the Sheffield community, in a timely and professional
To receive and accept referrals for community services from GP's, hospitals and health care
The candidate must be able to work the below shift patterns.
07.45-15.45, 10.00-18.00, 12.00-20.00
The shifts may vary each day, the rotas are done monthly in advance so the individual can swap and change with colleagues if needed.
