FinTech Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture key insights on industry trends and customer intelligence with respect to emerging technology/innovations
• Prepare and maintain market and competitive analysis materials through research, industry publications, attending industry functions, participation in client meetings and subscription tools
• Assist in preparing business intelligence materials for the monthly Innovation Forum on key Fintech industry developments
• Track and update changes in the landscape analysis
• Project Management - Track and report out on the day to day operational and tactical aspects of Fintech Strategy projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must demonstrate a keen interest in FinTech and new technologies in general but this Is NOT a technology position
• 2 to 5 years experience within financial services or consultancy
• Some exposure to Project Management and experience preparing decks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with proficient Microsoft application software (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential

An opportunity exists for candidate with 2 to 5 years experience to join as an associate within the dedicated FinTec Office. The Associate will monitor the external fintech landscape, conducting research and market intelligence efforts around emerging technologies, and evaluating potential new business opportunities in accordance with the business development framework.
