Prestigious Enterprise Company is currently seeking an Organizational Change Management OCM Lead. Candidate will play a key role in partnering with Program/Project Managers to ensure overall project timeline are met while increasing employee adoption and usage. The OCM Lead's responsibilities will be implementing change management activities while capturing best practices. This individual will partner with the Senior OCM lead to create a framework to define and track OCM benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.


  1. Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress
  2. Partner closely with Program/Project Manager and Sponsor on OCM deliverables
  3. Responsible for applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  4. Completing change management assessments and identifying resistance points.
  5. Partnering with Project/Program managers to document current state, future state and gap analysis which would determine impacts to people.
  6. Customize and implement OCM deliverables: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan
  7. Lead Prosci trainings
  8. Coaching managers and supervisors on how to leverage OCM.
  9. Oversight in integrating change management activities into project plans
  10. Lead multiple projects simultaneously


  • 5 + years Change management experience; Prosci Certification required.
  • Up to 40% travel
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project life cycle
  • Experience working on cross-functional initiatives with exposure to digital transformation, business transformation, and integration projects a plus
  • Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - as well as excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common goal or vision
  • Must be a team player and be able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
