Yellow Bricks are hiring in High Wycombe for a busy and dedicated Customer Support department. We are seeking a highly literate candidate with an excellent telephone manner who can handle enquiries coming in via call, emails and web chat. This is a busy job where days and enquiries are varies, we require a logical thinker who can work fast in a calm and professional manner.
- Replying to client enquiries via email
- Answering inbound calls from consumer and business clients
- Logging all cases on an in-house system
- Providing professional and reasonable solutions to enquiries
- Reporting on activity
- Advising the supervisor off repetitive issues
- Sending letters via the post where required
- Answering web chat enquiries using correct English
