Are you actively seeking a new Private Client Solicitor role?

The Role:

Currently there is an exciting position for an experienced Solicitor/Cilex to join the Private Client Team in Kettering. This will be a fee earning role for someone with a strong background in Private Client/Wills & Probate, Knowledge of preparing wills and powers of attorney, Inheritance tax, Court of protection, Trusts, Estate planning, Income Tax. There is scope for progression, with a potential to move up to Partner-level for the right candidate.

Requirements:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 5 years experience within Private Client work to join a traditional firm that has the needs of their staff at heart, it would be ideal if you were STEP qualified or were looking to gain the qualification.

Key areas of expertise:

• the drafting of Wills and Trusts

• the administration of Estates and Trusts

• Lasting Powers of Attorney, both types.

• elderly and vulnerable clients including Court of Protection work.

• Inheritance Tax, including preparation and submission of returns

• Income and Capital Gains Tax, including preparation and submission of the returns
