Trade and/or Retail experience desired
An interesting and diverse interim/permanent HR Business Partner opportunity has arisen due to great growth within a fast-paced business.
A Trade or Retail background would be very advantageous as would experience within a multi-site environment.
My client would value a HR Generalist with strengths in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Change Management, Coaching, Succession Planning, Training & Development and Employee Engagement.
You will need to be a 'hands on' HR professional that has extensive experience in building relationships.
