Monday - Friday 08:00-18:00

Office Angels are currently working for a well known company within Northampton that deal with business to business customer services.
Your main role would be answering called from customer client base and raising service tickets utilising the in-house system known as SHARE.
Daily duties include:
- Answering calls in a professional manner
-Listening to the customer's request and accurately recording this in our service system or escalating to the appropriate resolvers
-Where needed offering advice to resolve the customers issue
- Following processes to ensure our customer data is accurate.
