We are currently recruiting for 2 Complaints Handlers to join an existing team in Tunbridge Wells, Kent working on a 9-5 Monday - Friday shift. You will need to have experience in Customer Service, preferably within an insurance background, however this is not essential. What you will be doing -
You will be managing your own caseload of customers, ensuring all complaints are handled within the deadlines set and within FCA regulations. You will ensure a mutual conclusion is met, giving the customer a fair and clear outcome.
You will gain full understanding of the complaint by either telephone or email and make follow up contact to update the customer and discuss the outcome.
The role will involve contacting internal and external parties for relevant information in order for investigations to take place and you will need to update the internal database at all stages with accurate information.
You will need to ensure you are always up to date with organisational changes to policies and procedures so all information you give is correct.

This position is paying a starting salary of £22,000 which will rise with pay reviews! The company have fantastic benefits packages and there is parking on site.
