We are currently expanding our team in new offices in Woking and are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to work on our contract desk. You will working on public sector roles and recruiting for contract roles in all sectors including IT, Procurement and legal.
·Filling up roles which are coming on daily basis on framework and find the right candidate through job boards and LinkedIn.
Sourcing new jobs from new clients and with the help of our team finding the ideal candidate.
·Account management - maintaining relationships with the clients you generate.
A typical day will be spent on the telephone, so outstanding communication skills are essential, coupled with a desire to win. The growth of the team will be largely in your hands and we'd love to find someone capable of building a client base to support more consultants. You'll have the ability to earn substantial rewards just as quickly as you can get going.
·You should be incredibly driven and focused on exceeding targets.
·Your role will involve building up and maintain strong relationship with new clients.
You'll need to be flexible about the hours you work as well as live within an easily commutable distance of Woking.
