Service Desk Analyst - LogicMonitor

An urgent requirement has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst with experience of LogicMonitor to join our London based client on a long-term contract. This position will be providing 1st/2nd line technical support for users during an influx of work.

  • 1st/2nd line technical service support, answering technical support calls, assign ticket severity etc.
  • Must have experience of LogicMonitor
  • Experience providing support to various applications including Win 10, O365, AD, Exchange etc.
  • Troubleshooting user problems over the phone and with remote control technologies
  • Experience in: Remote monitoring and management (RMM) and professional services automation (PSA)
  • Ability to coordinate required resources to respond to complex IT requirements are desired
  • Microsoft accreditation desirable: MCSE, MCSA MCP, A+ etc.
  • Experience with HP, Cisco and Citrix technologies a plus
