You MUST have the following:
- Strong background as an ITIL IT Service Manager
- Strong experience as a service manager for specific business applications
- ITIL qualifications
- A background using data to lead problem management decisions
- Experience in a highly regulated environment
- Excellent communication
The following is DESIRABLE, not essential:
- Finance experience
Role: IT Service Manager (ITSM Team Lead Change Incident Release Problem Management IT Service Manager ITIL Finance Financial Services Trading Banking) required by our financial services client in London. You will be responsible for the service management of a number of critical post-trade, middle and Back Office trading applications. You will be responsible for ensuring SLA's are kept to and work closely with CTO's and COO's, in this organisation of 550 people, with about 300 in IT, around problem management and to a degree incident management. On problem management, you need to be able to show that you have used data to focus and prioritise improvements and decision making.
You will come into this role with excellent IT Service Management skills, and a strong background in incident and problem management. You will be experienced in and enjoy collaborating with senior management in technology and the business.
You will be ITIL certified. On call is one in five weeks but very rate. The hybrid working model requires 2 days/week in the office.
Salary: £60k - £80k + 20-30% Bonus + Pension
