Are you a capable Electrical Designer with experience using Revit MEP?

Do you want to work with a growing Contractor delivering landmark projects in partnership with leading fit-out main contractors?

Based in the easy to reach location of Crawley, my client; an electrical contractor focusing on interior commercial fit-out, are looking to grow their design team. Currently, they employ 3 Electrical Designers / Design Engineers and 1 CAD Technician.

We are seeing more and more of delivery contractors themselves taking on design duties, and this specialist electrical contract have been doing this for some time now. They work with the likes of Willmot Dixon Interiors, Overbury and MJL, usually subcontracting electrical packages valued up to £1 million, but occasionally reaching values of up to £3 million.

Duties for an Electrical Designer:

* Use of AutoCAD, Revit MEP & Navisworks
* Produce Technical Electrical Designs
* Carry out Calculations to ensure designs are correct
* Sit in on design meetings with clients / colleagues
* Present 3D models to clients / Contractors

Package for an Electrical Designer:

* Starting salary of between £30,000 to £40,000 per annum
